For £1,900/month, you’ll get ongoing, practical consultancy from our experienced social value team. Whether you're developing your first measurement framework or fine-tuning existing processes, we’ll work with you to embed social value in a way that’s credible, useful and tailored to your goals.

Each month, you’ll have access to:

  • Strategic 1:1 consultancy sessions (delivered by one of our core experts)
  • Ongoing support on data, reporting and framework alignment
  • Insight-led guidance on stakeholder engagement, valuation, or procurement readiness
  • Hands-on help to build momentum, address blockers or test new approaches
  • Advice grounded in real-world delivery and policy expectations (including TOMs, Green Book, PPNs, MeasureUp and more)

Your consultant may be Catherine, Matt or Dave, (depending on availability and fit) but you’ll always be working with someone who understands the context, pressure and opportunity of delivering social value in practice.

Catherine Manning


Head of Impact Practice at Impact Reporting

Catherine Manning leads our consultancy and learning programmes and serves as Programme Director of MeasureUp, our game-changing social valuation tool built (and available for free) to support fairer, more transparent impact measurement.

Before joining Impact Reporting, Catherine held senior roles at the Institute of Social Value (formerly Social Value UK), where she remains a trustee. She holds a Master’s in International Development, is a certified Level 1 Social Value Associate Practitioner, and a member of the ICRS. Catherine has been recognised with multiple industry honours, including: WISE100 Star of the Future (2022), Better Business Network Pioneer of the Year finalist (2025), WISE100 Changemaker of the Year finalist (2025).

At Impact Reporting, Catherine helps organisations go from “we’re not sure where to start” to fully embedded and credible impact reporting. She supports clients through bespoke consultancy, and contributes sector-wide research on valuation, wellbeing and social value strategy.

Matt Haworth


Co-founder, social entepreneur 

Matt Haworth is a seasoned social impact strategist and tech-for-good entrepreneur, co-founding Impact Reporting, Reason Digital, and MeasureUp. With over 15 years dedicated to leveraging technology for social good, Matt has been instrumental in developing tools that enable organisations to measure and enhance their social value. His expertise encompasses digital innovation, ethical AI, and wellbeing, and he has shared his insights at numerous national conferences. Matt’s commitment to social impact has earned him recognition as the Digital Entrepreneur of the Year.

Beyond his professional achievements, Matt is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. He founded Pride in Leadership and serves on the board of akt, a national LGBTQ+ youth homelessness charity. At Impact Reporting, Matt focuses on helping clients effectively deliver and measure social impact, ensuring the platform remains user-friendly and impactful. His dedication to social value and ethical technology continues to drive meaningful change across sectors.

Dave Webster


Social Value Consultant

David brings over two decades of experience in the voluntary and public sector. He has led high-performing teams across homelessness, mental health, substance use, wellbeing, and employability services — always with a clear focus on delivering real outcomes for people and communities. Dave is passionate about improving services from the inside out, using insight, strategy, and collaborative development to create environments where both people and organisations thrive.

Dave was previously the Head of Service Development and Improvement at Porchlight, one of the South East’s leading social care providers. There, he championed social value thinking at every level — embedding data, evaluation, and client voice into strategy, reporting, and design. With more than eight years’ experience applying social value approaches through SROI, training, policy, and service innovation, Dave now helps Impact Reporting clients turn insights into action — building better services, stronger teams, and more meaningful impact.
